Museum-Quality Archive

Museum-Quality Veteran Archives

We organize veteran histories and creative works so they can remain understandable, discoverable, and useful long after the original materials leave a family’s hands.

What We Preserve

  • Oral-history audio and video
  • Photographs, letters, journals, service documents, and memorabilia
  • Poetry, spoken word, music, artwork, manuscripts, and published works
  • Research notes, timelines, captions, rights information, and historical context

Professional Preservation Goals

Our goal is to create well-documented digital collections using recognized archival practices, including high-quality preservation files, descriptive metadata, redundant storage, file integrity checks, documented permissions, and accessible copies for education and public engagement.

Responsible Institutional Partnerships

We seek collaboration with qualified museums, libraries, archives, educators, historians, and preservation professionals. Acceptance by any outside institution remains subject to that institution’s collection policies, review, legal requirements, and available resources.
